On June 5, 2023, Knut Fenner joined Verus, LLC as its new Chief Operating Officer. In this role, he will be responsible for all operational functions of the company.

Knut Fenner is a CEO, Board Director, and global business leader with over 25 years of P&L and operational leadership experience in the lower middle market. He offers experience in several industrial and service verticals, as well as in M&A.
Knut held several leadership roles prior to joining Verus, LLC, such as President & CEO of Wittenbach Business Systems, a private equity-owned company serving the banking space, Chief Operating Officer at KPI Group USA, a privately held company in the Fire Protection and Electronic Security market, and General Manager Specialty Markets at Colorcon Inc., a global manufacturer of formulated specialty chemical products for the medical, pharmaceutical, and food industry.
He is a former Board Director of Metaphase Technologies, Xenon Ophthalmics, and the National Association of Printing Ink Manufacturers (NAPIM). Knut has a BA in Industrial Design, which he received in Germany, and an Executive MBA from Rutgers Business School.
