Annual PXM Champions Awards ceremony recognizes customers using Akeneo solutions to strengthen product experiences and accelerate growth

The ceremony took place at the Akeneo Unlock 2025 Chicago event, the most unique and vibrant conference for the global PX community, held on April 8-9. The winners, including Sealed Air Corporation, Steelcase, Tiffany & Co., Giant Tiger Stores Limited, and JC Perreault, discussed their successful PX strategies, sharing best practices and insights into how Akeneo has helped them dramatically improve customer experiences and turn browsers into buyers.

- Expansion Award: Sealed Air Corporation (Partner: Perficient)
Working with Akeneo and partner Perficient, Sealed Air is able to automate the creation of sell sheets and product data sheets with accurate product data, at scale using branded brochure templates, significantly increasing their efficiency and consistency in marketing collateral production. These improvements have significantly enhanced Sealed Air’s market presence and partner satisfaction. - Accelerator Award:Steelcase (Partner: (O2 Commerce)
As a global leader in office furniture, Steelcase spent countless hours and resources managing product details across regions and ensuring accuracy. Leveraging Akeneo Product Cloud and partnering with O2 Commerce, Steelcase achieved key milestones in efficiency and productivity, including:- 67% increased efficiency rate in managing key product details across multi-regional finish records that need to be managed in multiple regions with SDM.
- Release hours decreased by 63.61% (from 16.68 to 6.07 per release).
- Annual time spent loading supplier data reduced from 33.36 hours to 12.14 hours, a savings of over 62%.
- Global Award: Tiffany & Co. (Partner: Valtech)
As Tiffany & Co. sought to launch in new global markets, the focus was on improving product data quality and increasing time to market. Working with Akeneo, Tiffany & Co. created a comprehensive data cleansing process and reduced the amount of product information errors on the website, significantly improving product consistency and accuracy. Tiffany & Co. was also able to scale their business, successfully launching and supporting seven new markets within six months, including the official e-commerce market in South Korea. Tiffany & Co. was able to tailor product information specifically to the Korean market, respecting local cultural and linguistic nuances because of Akeneo’s PIM system. - Leadership Award: Giant Tiger Stores Limited (Partner: Sitation)
In fast-paced consumer retail segments, speed and keeping pace with change are key factors to success. With Akeneo’s centralized platform, Giant Tiger Stores’ assets are stored with meta tags and organized into searchable families, allowing the team to find images faster and reduce preparation time for new product launches. This enables faster time-to-market and allows teams to focus on creative, strategic efforts rather than tedious searches. Maintaining a consistent, accurate product experience across eCommerce channels can be challenging, especially as new products come to market quickly and product teams need to keep up. Partnering with Akeneo and Valtech, JC Perreault went from launching new products in two weeks, to now only 24 hours. By centralizing and structuring product information more effectively, Akeneo significantly improved product data quality, reduced time-to-market, and increased the online product range by 4X. - Global Ambassador Award: Andrew Cofield
