    Hyland Appoints Rob Kaloustian as Chief Customer Officer

    Kaloustian brings more than 25 years of proven enterprise growth to Hyland, where he’ll lead the company focus on driving customer success, services, support and renewals

    CLEVELAND, March 17, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Hyland, the leading provider of unified content, process and application intelligence solutions, and the pioneer of the Content Innovation Cloud™, is pleased to announce the appointment of Rob Kaloustian as Chief Customer Officer (CCO). In this role, Kaloustian will lead Hyland’s customer success, services, support and renewals teams, ensuring customers maximize the value of their Hyland solutions while driving innovation and business transformation.

    Kaloustian brings over 25 years of strategic experience in the global technology market to Hyland, specializing in customer success for enterprise customers. Prior to joining Hyland, he was SVP of Solution Engineering at Cloudera, and before this was Chief Customer Officer at BigCommerce. He also spent 20 years as a sales, services and customer success executive at Commvault and was the General Manager of Commvault’s first SaaS business.

    In these leadership positions, Kaloustian was a champion for global customer success and scaling innovative customer solutions, while leading teams that drove customer services and support. His deep expertise in cloud-based solutions, AI, and digital transformation aligns with the Hyland vision of empowering organizations through intelligent content services and supporting global enterprise teams.
