Together, Monark’s Alts-as-a-Service APIs combined with InteliClear’s industry leading post-trade services will deliver streamlined access to private markets for InteliClear clients. With an initial focus on the Pre-IPO market, Monark’s infrastructure and API suite empowers retail facing brokerage firms to deliver access to investment opportunities in companies like SpaceX, OpenAI, and Anthropic from within their native brokerage experience.
This strategic integration will unlock the ability for InteliClear to process and ingest alternative investments from Monark, maintain records of investors private market holdings, and facilitate funding of alternative investments directly from an investor’s existing brokerage account. Together, InteliClear and Monark’s solution enables effortless connectivity between a broker-dealer’s platform and their back office books and records.
